BER was founded in 1975 to produce on a wood chip-cement mixture basis asbestos-free and non-flammable boards..
In 1977 our product passed the certification at the North Rhine Westphalian Institute for Materials Testing .The Institute for Building Technology in Berlin issued the test certificate.
Consequently we could establish the standardized, self- and externally monitored production. In the following years , four production halls and office buildings were built with about 18,000 m².In the following years the production of fire protection plates, non-combustible cladding panels and ceiling increased to about 200,000 m2
This was the foundation stone of our company with the reputation.
Since the late 1980s, BER manufacturing has dedicated her skills into timelessly beautiful acoustic products.Our efforts are aimed at a permanent improvement of our products so that they comply with modern standards and requirements for renovating buildings or construction of new ones.
